I’m Ms. Karen, the principal here at Kids Kare JLT. With over 13 years of experience in early childhood education, I am deeply passionate about fostering a love for learning and supporting children’s growth from their very first steps into formal education. At Kids Kare, we strive to create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive. I’ve had the pleasure of working across the UAE for many years and have seen firsthand the profound impact that quality early years education has on a child’s future. My mission is to spread awareness about the vital role that early education plays in a child’s life, and I am dedicated to providing a caring, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Educational Philosophy:

I strongly believe that play-based learning is a powerful tool. We foster an environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity, as we understand that children learn and grow through these natural processes. At Kids Kare Nursery, academics are integrated to help children understand their ability to learn. Our approach goes beyond simply memorizing flashcards. Instead, children are taught concepts and encouraged to apply them in real-world situations. My goal is to instill a love for learning from a young age, laying a solid foundation for their educational journey ahead.
